1.2021年,中国踏入“十四五”规划新纪元,党和政府在社会主义新农村的现代化建设中,对新发展阶段优先发展农业农村、全面推进乡村振兴作出总体部署。其中,加快农村基础设施建设成为工作重点之一,包括落实交通运输、水电设施建设等。

为深化钢铁行业供给侧结构性改革,巩固提升钢铁去产能成果,促进我国钢铁行业转型升级,国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部将于2021年组织开展全国范围的钢铁去产能“回头看”检查以及粗钢产量压减工作,引导钢铁企业摒弃以量取胜的粗放发展方式,促进钢铁行业高质量发展。

目前国内基础设施建设与国外一带一路新经济带崛起的双重缺口下,钢铁产能或将继续翻倍增长并应用于更多行业以满足目前的市场需求。
