Laser coding equipment, also known as laser inkjet printer, laser marking machine.

According to different laser sources, it can be divided as:

CO2 laser printer, Semi-conductor laser printer, YAG laser printer, Fiber laser marker.

According to the different laser visibility, it is divided   as:

UV laser coding machine (invisible laser), GL laser coding machine (visible laser), Infrared laser coding machine (invisible laser).

At present, the main laser coding machines can be divided into 4 series: UV, GL, Fiber,   CO2.

By wavelength: according to different laser sources, the wavelengths for laser marking machines are also deviated,   there are mainly   4 types of wavelengths: 266nm, 532nm, 1064nm and 10.64um.

Working Principle:

CO2 laser coding machine:

It adopts CO2 gas be charged into the discharge tube as the medium for generating laser, a high voltage is applied to the electrode, a glow electronic is

generated in the discharge tube, which causes the gas molecules to release the laser, and the laser energy is amplified to form a pair of laser beams for material processing.

Fiber laser coding machine:

The laser is directly transmitted by the optical fiber, the beam quality is better, and the utilization of light energy is maximized.

GL coding machine:

It is developed by using the most advanced laser pumping technology (side pumping or end pumping) with a wavelength of 532nm in the world.

UV laser coding machine:

It adopts 355nm wavelength UV laser generator, using third-order cavity frequency doubling technology,its main features are short wavelength,

355 UV light focusing spot is extremely small, which can greatly reduce the material quality damage during processing, its "cold treatment" technology is suitable for materials that are greatly affected by heat, and can also achieve marking in the ultra-fine field.

Fiber laser marking machine

It is mainly composed by 3 parts: laser source, galvanometer and marking card. It adopts the fiber laser source to produce laser . The beam quality is good,

its output center is 1064nm, and the life of the whole machine is about 100,000 hours. Compared with other types of laser coding machines, this machine has a longer life. And compared with other type laser coding machines with conversion efficiency of 2%-10%, this machine has a great advantage with the conversion efficiency as 28%, it has outstanding performance in energy saving and environmental protection.

CO2 laser marking machine

CO2 laser source is a gas laser source with a wavelength of 10.64um infrared light.   It adopts CO2 gas be charged into the discharge tube as the medium for generating laser. The laser energy is amplified to form a laser beam for material processing.

UV laser coding machine

UV laser marking machine is equipped with deep UV laser source, imported high-speed galvanometer scanner system, etc.;   because its focusing spot is extremely   small, and the processing heat affected zone is very small, so UV laser marking machine can perform ultra-fine marking, special Material marking, it is the first

The electro-optical conversion rate is high, up to 30% or 45%, and the power consumption is low, the protection is very good.
